1. Find a Problem

When you think of making money with network marketing, you automatically think that you have to sell something.
That’s what you want to do, but no one wants to be, and no one wants to deal with a sleazy salesperson.
It’s irritating for those being introduced to it, and it doesn’t feel right when you’re the one doing the selling.
Instead, try to think about just one of the many problems that people have.
Everyone and their mothers have at least one problem, and they all want a solution for it.
Why not be that knight in shining armor and provide that solution?
Instead of trying to sell, help identify and solve problems.
- Weightloss
- Skin disorder
- Hair loss
- Healthier food alternatives
- Exercise programs
- Better cleaning products
- Organic products
- Essential oils
- Traveling
I literally thought of those topics in less than 20 seconds.
There’s a lot more, and you can bet that there’s a network marketing company that provides a solution.
2. Find a Reputable Company

I have created a list of the best MLM companies out there, and although it needs an update, they have some of the best companies that you can join.
They have thousands of representatives, they have decent products, and some have been around longer than a lot of you.
If you want to make money with network marketing, you need to get with a company that has some kind of reputation.
Melaleuca was one I joined, as they have products that are organic and do a pretty good job at what they’re supposed to do.
There are a bunch of companies that sell essential oils, and there are some that provide a healthier approach to life, like Beach Body.

Many new MLMers join a network marketing company and do absolutely nothing with it.

They’re either too shy, don’t want to be that irritating salesperson, or they don’t know what they’re doing.
Either way, it all comes down to the fact that we’re not born with the skills needed to succeed in sales.
There are experts in the field, and there are classes being taught at universities on marketing, which lets us know that this is some serious business.
If you want to make money with network marketing, you need to know what you’re doing.
4. Get Social

If you want to be in network marketing, you need to utilize at least one avenue to market your business.
If you aren’t active on social media, today would be a great day to get started.
You can market your products on IG and Facebook, all while getting leads and making sales in the process.
Remember how I mentioned that solving people’s problems is the best way to make money with network marketing?
What better way to do that than through social media?
I know many marketers that do it, and they make a killing just from social media alone.
And, if you don’t feel that you can do it with network marketing, don’t forget that there are other ways that you can make money on the internet.

As a blogger, I can’t help but share how amazing it is.
Not only can you make money with affiliate marketing and advertising, but you can also make money with network marketing.
As a network marketer, you need to get eyeballs on your products, and you need a source of traffic.
Whether it be at your workplace, with your friends and family, or with random strangers, your business isn’t going anywhere if you don’t have traffic.
Blogs can provide that source, and you can be one of the successful few if you grab a piece of the billions of people on the internet each and every single day.
Remember that search you did on whatever it is you needed help with?
Heck, it could’ve been “how to bake a cake” or “how to make money with network marketing.”
The point is that everyone is looking for a solution to their problem, and they will almost always turn to Google.

6. Start a YouTube Channel

YouTube is no doubt one of the better ways to make money with network marketing.
If you Google something, chances are there is a nice little video to help.
The same thing goes with network marketing, which is why this is a great way to market your business without having to be too salesy.
You record yourself talking about solutions to people’s problems, and voila!
You have eyeballs on your product or service.
If I wasn’t getting traffic to my business with a blog, you could bet that I would be doing it on YouTube.
Like the other forms of making money with network marketing, you can always take other routes with the whole money-making process.
YouTubers make millions of dollars by simply getting others to view their videos, and there’s no reason you can’t too.
And, if possible, you can always do both.

7. Find a Work Horse

Imagine recruiting the next best network marketer on the planet.
We all know how network marketing works, and although in the form of a pyramid, that’s how most of the money is made.
You get Joe to sign Jill and Jill to get Bob to join, and you have yourself a nice network to start with.
Now, imagine if two of those friends talked to more people and got a good amount of them to join.
That would mean that money would be going into your pocket, and you didn’t have to talk to anyone.

I beg to differ.
